Free Roof Inspection

Free, photo-documented, no-pressure.

Overview

Free, photo-documented, no-pressure.

Every Brian King Roofing inspection starts the same way: a real crew member, on your roof, with a CompanyCam tablet. We walk the system top to bottom — decking, underlayment, valleys, flashings, ventilation, fasteners, ice and water shield in the eaves — and photograph anything we'd want a homeowner to see.

You get the photos by email, along with a short note from the inspector covering what we found (or didn't), what needs attention now versus down the road, and the next step we'd recommend — whether that's a targeted repair, a full replacement, or simply leaving it alone.

The inspection is free, and so is the answer. We don't sell you a roof you don't need. If everything's holding up, the email says that. If you need a few specific repairs, we tell you which ones and what we'd charge. If the system is past replacement, we say that clearly — and back it with photos, not scare tactics.

The big difference between us and the "storm chaser" contractors that flood the area after every hailstorm: we live here, we've been here since 1991, and we'll be here next year. They get one inspection and one sale; we want the next thirty years of your roof.

Schedule one after a major storm, before you list your home, or every 3–5 years for routine maintenance. East Tennessee's mix of summer hail, ice cycles, and ridge wind ages a roof faster than most owners realize.

Need a detailed written report for a real estate transaction or insurance claim? We offer those as a paid add-on — a formatted, signed document with measurements, photos, and a full condition assessment that holds up with realtors, adjusters, and underwriters. Just let us know that's what you need when you schedule.
